Day 1195 (Y3D101)

Dear mommy,

Again we were testing gravity!  We had a great time at school and enjoyed some lovely cupcakes.  Daddy came early and participated in story time.  We are having fun with some of the other kids and are very excited for halloween.

We are very proud of Aunt Jessie's halloween decorations for her office.  We love willy wonka!

We love you and miss you mommy!

Day 1194 (Y3D100)

Dear mommy!

Happy Wednesday!  We revisited our love for wearing underwear on our heads which we learned from "It's okay to make mistakes."  We had breakfast in the morning and have been interested in "plopping" raisins of (yogurt raisins) into our cereal.  We went on a library adventure today for story time.  Daddy came home early and made sure that we went to nap.  We woke to Gugu and we met some new friends.

Daddy cooked us a dinner of grilled cheese, which we loved.  For some reason or another we like to break up the sandwich into little pieces and we call them "poo poo."  We think we are so funny and tried to feed poo poo to daddy..  We also like red cabbage sprinkled into our salads.  Who knew that we would like that but we call it "purple sprinkles."

Tonight for bed time we read the Lorax!  We were enthralled and we think we are getting the message of the story that is reinforced by daddy in the "earth book" and the "awesome book".

We love you and miss you mommy!

Day 1193 (Y3D99)

Dear mommy,

Today was a school day!  We woke up to daddy and demanded cereal.  Yet when he made a breakfast quesadilla, we decided we really wanted that.  Part of us thinks that daddy just played a trick on us knowing that we would want to eat it and I guess we loved it.

We are very enamored of our car monkey as you can tell.  We are also enjoying these series of books that we found at school about goslings and ducks (gossie, boo boo, jasper and joop).  We had a great day at school and we designed some scotch tape vines for our "monkeys" which our teacher Nancy was very interested to learn about.  Apparently we learned that at home with all of our scotch tape adventures.

After school was a bit of a misadventure with one of us sleeping and the other not.  Eventually daddy just took us to the grey slide park where we recuperated and had a good time.  Then we came home for dinner and demonstrated our humor.

We love you and miss you mommy!

Day 1192 (Y3D98)

Dear mommy,

It's a new week and we were excited to embrace it!  We had a great breakfast and we enjoyed reading "the sky is falling" from Auntie Jenn's bday gift to us "scholastic place."  She is such a nerd.  We had a pretty low key day hanging out with Auntie Sue.  Daddy got some flowers for Bing this week and he made sure to get gerber daisies in your honor.

Tonight gugu gave us a bath and put us to bed because daddy had an event up in the city.  We showed gugu how we cut things.

We love you and miss you mommy!

Day 1191 (Y3D97)

Dear mommy,

We had a very full day today!  We woke up to realize that gugu was visiting us!   We spent the bulk of the morning playing with trains until daddy dragged us to the Halloween Festival with our buddy Milan!  It turned out to be a blast with lots of games, balloons, lollipops and spiders!  We had a really good time and even discovered a new park where we played with milan.  We had this really fun game we played called "crash into each other on the slide"  What fun!

After the morning adventures, daddy took us to the Team Kim TNT post event wrap up.  There we ate lots of orange pumpkin and green frankenstein cookies and had some sushi.  We met two dogs, Bailey and Mina who were actually very nice.  They were so nice that, even though we're still generally scared of dogs (and mina ate a cookie right out of Dinks' hand) we tried to pet them.  We saw Uncle Tom, Auntie Deanne, Auntie Torrey and many other friends.  We had a blast until we didn't because we got cranky.  Daddy and gugu took us home and put us straight to nap.

Afterwards, Aunt Loni and Buo Buo came over to bring us more cookies!  What a cookie day!  The best part though was when Auntie Loni taught us how play hidengoseek!  We sort of get it but it was tons of fun regardless.  Daddy put the first coat of spray paint on our costumes that Aunt Jessie and Aunt Lindsey built for us.  Daddy also put up our halloween wreath to get in the spirit!

It was an exhausting day but amazing.

We love you and miss you mommy!
