Mom got discharged from the hospital after a 3.5 week stay! She was ecstatic to say the least and packed up her room with alarming speed. Daddy was watching us all day so Mommy called up Auntie Rachel to bring her home and surprised both us and Daddy. Wednesday she will go to the Cancer Center to get her blood counts verified and Friday she will meet with Dr. M to find out the next steps involved in her up and coming outpatient chemotherapy round.
Mommy noticed that we can speak in longer sentences. Twinks says 'I can do it' after she accomplishes something like climbing up in the couch. Dinks can easily sing her ABCs. Mom couldn't stop staring at us and saying how much we have grown and how much better we could sing and play piano. Mom was excited to spend time with V too since she only got to meet her once in the hospital. Daddy took us to get gelato. It was yummy.
