We spent the day with daddy getting our bags packed for our trip to Santa Monica. We mostly hung out but we did take a little break to go to the blue and red slide for a scoot. Mema sent us pictures of the amazing job she did decorating our family's plot. We guess this is the first time we saw your footstone. It's lovely and it makes us miss you terribly mommy. We love you!
Daddy and Gugu packed us up at night and started the drive to Santa Monica. Twinks pretty much passed out the entire time except for the last 45 minutes, where she asked all sorts of amazing questions. Dinks woke up intermittently with bouts of crying. It was a long ride.
When we got to Nai Nai's house we were so excited with the new place and toys that we didn't want to go to sleep even though it was midnight. Finally Nai Nai put us to bed and we drifted to dreams.
