Day 266

We woke up from our last nap to discover a great surprise! Magically in the place of our broken jumper was a new, shiny jumper! That Grandma B went out and got it for us. Grandma B, Mercedes and Mom flexed their muscles and assembled it while we sleeping. We love to jump!

Mom didn't feel well most of the day. After we went to bed, Dad took her to the hospital once Mom's fever hit the requisite level for admission. Mom was admitted to the hospital, is receiving antibiotics and is being monitored for fever spikes over the coming days. Mom wants to thank the two individuals who donated her blood. She is doing well but is very vulnerable to infection because her white blood count is almost nonexistent. This means the cancer medicine Cytarabine is doing its job, but it also leaves mom without an immune system.

We miss you Mom!
