Today was the last day of our first week of school and boy did we enjoy it. We had a parade and a sharing BBQ which followed a day of painting our faces and making fun hats with red-white-blue colors. Our favorite. Even Dinks loves those colors because we know that red and blue make purple (at least reflectively). Daddy, Aunt Jessie and Mema all came for the parade and had a great time. Because we got out of school a little early today we also made it to the park where we swung and sang.
At night we had a Friday movie night with Max and Uncle Mike and Aunt Jessie. We watched the little mermaid but Twinks was having none of it. She wanted to stay in the kitchen and eat her dinner. We think she doesn't like Ursula very much. We also chased daddy around and around. Max slept over for the night and we eventually fell asleep after having a wonderful day.
