We enjoyed our first full day here in TX. We "slept in" due to the time change and remembered how fantastic it was to play with shopping carts, banging on the xylophone, and throwing all the great toys that Mema got for us. Daddy made us mickey mouse pancakes which we use to practice cutting but didn't actually eat. We're really enjoying the "sweet pickles" series of books that takes daddy back to his childhood. Dinks' favorite book is "turtle throws a tantrum". She doesn't quite realize how self reflective that might be :).
We had to say goodbye to gugu who so valiantly helped us get here. Gugu discovered that Uber works just as well in Ft Worth as it does in Boston.
Daddy took us out to the park in the middle of the day and it wasn't even that hot. He also took us to get popsicles while he ran in the humid heat.
Max came over and again we got to play together and take a bath. It is wonderful to be around cousies and we are excited for "Baby Ki" to come and join in the fun.
