Merry Christmas Eve Mommy! We were very excited for Christmas this year because we are starting to understand how wonderful this holiday is! Yes it isn't about family or the giving spirit, it's about presents! Just kidding. We're teasing daddy.
We kicked off the day with a trip to go scooting around in the park and got into our Christmas dresses. Our larger family came over for dinner and we even (sort of) participated in a Christmas eve dinner. It was strange because we were so use to having you there mommy. There are so many pictures of you around Nai Nai and Yeh Yeh's house, it almost felt like you were here. We figured out how to jump on to a pile of cushions, garnering warnings from Aunt jessie about how she and you cut yourselves on tables doing the exact same thing years ago.
We stayed up very late and Gugu let us open an early present. It was wonderful!
