We went on our first forward facing stroller run today. Dad went out and got us twin stroller and he was huffing and puffing while pushing us. What... we're not heavy! Cathy B came by and saw us for a bit and Uncle dubluv and aunt L came by as well. Grandma B fed us tons of yummy food. We miss mommy of course though!
Mommy Update
Today was a good day. Thank you to whomever gave Mommy some more platelets! Several walks around the hospital, a spirited shabooya from dear friends in Boston, a re-introduction to solid foods and magical tulip blossoms planted by squirrels were only some of the day's delights. The next landmark event will take place on Wednesday with a bone marrow biopsy to assess the success of the first chemotherapy round. Until then, we will hope for continued smooth sailing.
