Day 252

Today was a good day. Auntie E had one more morning with us before heading back home. She & Daddy woke us in the morning and played with us. Mercedes spent the rest of the day being our buddy. She will go home for a family wedding and we will miss her! Grandma B and Mommy will play with us until Mercedes returns.

Mommy finished up chemo session 4 out of 6 for the week. So far, all is going well. She is starting to feel some of the mild, more harmless side effects (i.e. tiredness, itchy eyes, sore throat) but so far, nothing unusual has happened.

Dr. M will keep her off the anti-fungal medicine for 10 more days to see if her liver functions will settle down to normal levels. The blood pressure medicine she started on Monday seems to working nicely and is slowly bring down her numbers down to normal.

Grandma B & Mommy have still been faithfully doing their long walks and Daddy continues to make Mommy tasty dinners! Mommy is grateful to have such an amazing on site support team! Auntie E will be missed!
