Happy Wednesday! Tonight we went to the sushi restaurant that was absolutely divine. It was a bit of a bear to get there but we enjoyed it once we got there. Uncle Josh has been the chef extraordinaire, cooking up pancakes in the morning, quesadillas and fish tacos during lunch (with help from his sous chefs, Erin and Daddy). It has been an amazing trip and we can't believe it's already halfway done.
Today, daddy and uncle josh pushed us into some waves on their surfboards. That was very fun. Every child has a huge smile across their face as the wave started pushing them. There is something visceral about surfing that we think we all love. We will be looking forward to more of this soon.
