Happy thanksgiving! We started the day off with a turkey trot in the morning. Daddy ran the 10k while we hung out with the family. Daddy eventually caught back up to us though he was sweaty and tired. We saw a bunny at the finish line and really enjoyed our snacks!
Immediately, post race, we went back to the house to begin preparations for the feast. It was wonderful and we had an amazing time. Aunt Jessie made us special turkey hats and we played with lots of toys! The Thanksgiving feast was great and our favorites were cranberry sauce, some mashed potato and fruit salad. We also liked our bubbly apple cider that we found "spicy". At some point we may have worked on our salt dough balls.
We were pretty exhausted and daddy took us back home to sleep, dreams full of tryptophan.
We love you and miss you mommy! We thought a lot about you today.
