Day 1024 (Y2D294)

Dear mommy,

Yes those are twinkies that twinks is gnawing on right there.  Because we weren't feeling well we've been subsisting on gatorade and toast and jelly (minus the toast) for about 48 hours.  Mema thought that this might be a way for us get some calories into our bellies (note we write our but really we mean dinks... but we're twins so we're all winners right?)  Now before everyone gets in a huff about all this, allow us to share the fact that twinkies are now manufactured by hostess LLC, not some big conglomerate that bioengineers deliciousness via all cis fatty acids.  Instead they just use good old maltodextrin, sugar, and lard to create this delicious tasting treat (which btw is our first!).

We had a nice hot day with V.  She gave us a good soaking in our pool in the afternoon.  Daddy put us to bed, a little bit cranky we might add (because we didn't nap at all!) but we were obviously happy to be by ourselves (cf hug sequence below!).
