Whoever decided that you should eat chocolates on this great holiday was brilliant. We wore our pretty red dresses to be festive and gladly accepted all and any treats offered to us. We are such good sports. We visited Mom at the hospital and exchanged Valentine's.
Mom was thankful to receive two units of blood because it brought her strength. Mema and Daddy made sure Mom had the tastiest and most nourishing liquid diet so she can start to heal after chemo. It was a lovely day of celebration and rest.
