Well it's day 1000! We know you would be looking forward to this day to do yet another footprint, but guess what... daddy blew it! Oh well I guess he says that we'll do it tomorrow instead. He did however make it up to us by making blueberry pancake tacos (which we loved) topped with powdered sugar, syrup and strawberries. Even Dinks mowed them down.
We had a very full morning. We met Mariana, V's sister, for the first time and she was very sweet. Daddy also chose to meet up with his friends Kim, Esteban and their almost 1 year old Emilia. We met at the grey slide park which brings joy to everyone! V and her sister came to the park too to see us one more time. Daddy and Mema then took us for pizza, salad and chocolate milk, followed by ice cream cookies. We were in heaven!
We came home and proceeded to not nap at all but produced a combined 5 poops in the span of an hour and a half. We finally convinced daddy to let us just hang out instead of nap and he greeted us with sweet new electric guitars that Aunt Jen (a friend of dad's from a long time ago but also went to college with him) got for us. We played outside but pretty much became very cranky. We were surprised to see M and Ruth right before bath time. We were very excited to see them and had a blast, despite our crankiness. Daddy put us to bed and we instantly fell asleep.
It was an exciting day and we thought of you often. We love you and miss you mommy.
