Day 1002 (Y2D272)

Dear mommy, Today is 8 years to the day that Grandpa David passed away.  We hope he is at rest and we know that the entire family misses him.  We know you miss and have missed him for some time.  Somehow thinking of him makes us miss you even more.  We miss you mommy. Easter is pretty much the coolest holiday ever!  We woke up to find out that the Easter bunny dropped off yet another pair of baskets to us.  Of course it had some chocolate but the coolest things were our new white bunnies.  Now we each have something along the lines of four serious bunnies that we like to carry around with us. Daddy finally got around to doing our footprints.  Boy have our feet grown! We had lots of visitors today.  We got to see Auntie Loni and Buo buo who also brought us all sorts of new spring dresses to go with our spring flowers.  Auntie MF and Uncle Will brought over amazing cupcakes that we devoured with glee.  Auntie Ell and Uncle Mich brought us pink bunnies, bringing the total to now 5 each!  And we got to play in the water, while Auntie Deanne visited and tended to your garden.

We started saying "stop" frequently.  Potty training continues to be going well and daddy ventured to let us take the duct tape off of our diapers.  Silly daddy, we're just going to take them off you know.  We'll let you know how this experiment goes.

Daddy helped us with dinner and put us to bed.  We told him we had to go potty but we use that as an excuse to stay up a little later.
