We played with V all day. She let us color with crayons twice, explore the playground and practice our singing. We are talking a lot these days. We keep surprising everyone with our new phrase like 'Hey, what are you doing?' V makes us laugh and sings us songs about Monkey and Bunny. She made us some really tasty barbacoa that her Mommy makes her. Yum!
We said bye-bye to Nai Nai after spending a lovely week with her. We told her we loved her before she left. We are glad she will be back soon to see us!
It was our last full day living with M. We are very sad to see her go but we know she must go see her Mommy, brother and friends. She has been our best friend since we were four weeks old. She gave us our bath and put us to bed one last time. We will miss her terribly and hope she can find a way to come back to us so soon! We LOVE you M!
Mom got her blood drawn and number counted. Her numbers are still hovering about transfusion levels and have not yet started to recover. They said that good things come to those who wait, so Mom is patiently standing by while her marrow recovers after this first round of chemo and eating all of the wonderful good that her LBRE buddies, Auntie Mary and Auntie Joyce have made for her!
Daddy donated platelets in a record time today. Mom may need his platelets at her Friday appointment! Here's our day:
M, we will miss you! safe travels and hope to see you again soon.
