Mom's bone marrow biopsy results came back and the hemepaths could not find any detectable cancer!!!!!! This is wonderful news. They also however could not find much evidence of her normal marrow recovering. It seems that Mom is on the very slow side of recovery. She will have to continue to wait until she can start subsequent treatment rounds. Tomorrow she will have her blood drawn and she can see if her upward trend is continuing!
Nai Nai worked hard today cleaning up after us, taking Mom for a long walk, giving is a bath, making dinner and teaching us Mandarin. V sampled chicken hearts by accident today while exploring our refrigerator. She is an adventurous eater! V lets us play in her room and jump on her bed! After bath, we had so much energy we jumped on the couches and swept the floor! Mom got some carpet samples to design a new, bright rug for our room. We pushed hard for both pink and blue squares in the composition! We also asked for purple but Mom said it didn't match. Well, I guess you cannot win every battle but we'll keep trying until we are told no.
