Day 755 (Y2D25) ChemoR1

It's the middle of the week and all is going well. V took care of us all day by herself and made us very tasty meals! We played at the park, drank smoothies, built towers and painted milk cartons with sponge brushes.

Mom had a very good day as well. She had a free day of no chemotherapy or transfusions but only hydration drips. She reminisced about some of her favorite twin videos of the girls playing crib peek-a-boo.

The amazing team of hematologists and the social worker Anne provided Mom with a lot of helpful information and what to expect in the coming months as she prepares for the transplant. Mom has started to feel a little run down but all in all pretty good!

Now we just wait for the chemotherapy to work it's magic over the next couple of days. In the meantime, Mom's awesome stem cell donor, Auntie Jber is taking her role very seriously and making sure she can be the strongest, fittest donor for Mom.

Thank you Auntie Jber. We all owe you for your up and coming gift to our Mommy. Here's Mom's day:
