We awoke after sleeping our first night in big girl beds. We love our new found freedom of being able to roam around our room as we please. We will never look back. All morning we impressed Aunt Jessie with how many words and letters we knew.
Mom awoke as a one-day-old and was ready to get living! She did all of her PT exercises and chatted with Dad, Jessie and Mema in her hospital room. Mom's mouth and tummy were pretty sore but she discovered the wonders of modern medicine and its amazing pain killers,
thanks to Mema and the other helpful nurses. Mom would like to thank her anonymous donor for the gift of 1 unit of RBCs today!
At dinner we sampled V's tasty dish and made Daddy and V laugh by saying, C'mon, man! Before bedtime, Twinks got introduced to Daddy's fireman carry.
