Today we ate breakfast quesadillas from daddy and hung out with V all day. Mima came home and went straight to sleep because she spent all night with mommy. Poor mommy had a very rough night but daddy spent a lot of the day with her and said the she's doing better. He said he knew this because she started mumbling more clearly now as hopefully some of her mucositis swelling is calming down He also said that she was "hall-you-sin-eight-ing" and that she was seeing birds in her room and words changing on the board. We guess that means that she was watching baby signing times. Mima says it's because she's on pain meds, PCAs, antivirals, antibacterials, antifungals, antirejections, salines, TPNs, lipids. Sounds like a smorgasbord of candy! We love you mommy, we hope you get better every single day.
Auntie Tor came over to drop off some pick me ups for mommy. We showed her how well behaved we were by demanding our flash cards and fighting over them. But Tor was patient with us and showed us how we should behave. Doesn't she know that if you cry a lot you can get daddy to do anything???
