Day 869 (Y2D139) +51MT

It's Friday!

We awoke to find Cousin Max sleeping in our room in the corner on the bed Mema and Mom made for him. He giggled with us from when we woke up around 6:30 AM until Dad opened our door around 7 AM. We were so excited to see him and Auntie Jber!

We had a fun morning. Mema read to us all together! Twinks seemed to notice for the first time that boys are different then girls. She was a very curious and captive audience whenever Max changed his diaper.

We got all dolled up to take photos with Santa. Max ended up looking like our triplet since we all had on red corduroy outfits. Someone even asked us if we were 3-of-a-kind! We would actually be in the same grade as Max even though he is 10 months older because of how our birthdays fall. That would be so much fun, at least for us!

Mom was hoping to get some smiles in the Santa photo this year, as opposed to the faces of sheer terror of last year's holiday season, but we got scared again the minute we sat on sweet, smiling Santa's lap. Santa just looked at the camera and held on tight to us and the photographer snapped away. Here are the 2013 results:

Cookies!

We all took a 'nap' after eating Mema's yummy hot and sour soup for lunch. We kept poor tired Max up for 3 hours running around the room. Max just wanted to sleep but we had quite a different agenda of keeping all three of us awake.

We spent the afternoon at home playing with play-doh, watching our videos and eating tasty pizza that Uncle Kevin brought over, a gluten-free brownie from Mema and Mom and Auntie Jber's homemade chocolate chip cookies. Auntie Kris stopped by for a visit to meet us and see Mom and Dad. She helped us make play-doh pancakes. We liked her. Dad showed Kris his magic skills. She was very impressed!

We all took a bath together and wore our new matching pjs from Auntie Jber. They had polar bears on them but Dinks insisted they were puppies! We read our books and then were really ready for bed at the end of our day. We look forward to another day with Max and Auntie Jber tomorrow!
