Day 873 (Y2D143) +55BMT

Tuesday was terrific.

A new friend entered into the world last night after we went to bed. He is named Milo.

French toast sticks greeted us for breakfast. Yum. V took us to the park. It was very chilly so we wore our poofiest of poofy pink jackets, rainbow leg warmers and our warmest hats.

Mom took her first nap in a long while today likely because she just tapered her steroid dose one notch further. That same medicine used to inspire Mom to sort our diapers and wipes and clean closets all day. From now on, she may be sleeping in the daylight hours more. Mema motivated Mom to take a long walk to downtown and back. The crispy air kept the pace brisk.

After dinner we had one of our favorite desserts: animal crackers! We danced with Daddy and Mommy to music for a bit and then it was bathtime. Mom videoed us putting on our PJs. We like to put two feet into one leg and pretend we are mermaids.

Mema and Mom read us our books, helped us put on 2 pairs of socks each and did one round of Ring Around the Rosie. We were pretending to call each other on our imaginary cell phones that were really folding jewelry boxes. We love to make believe.
