Day 878 (Y2D148) +60BMT

Its Sunday and Day 60 post-transplant for Mommy!

Mom is feeling great! She will have a routine appointment tomorrow to check all of her levels. She is almost done with her IV anti-viral course. Mema will be here another week and a half. Mom is trying to make the most of their remaining time before 'Mary Poppins' Mema must fly away on her umbrella to her patients and other daughters. Mema has been so helpful. She grocery shops, cleans, does laundry, watches us and cooks! She is an amazing woman.

We went to visit Auntie Shan and Uncle Chris and their puppy Luna today. They made us a gourmet breakfast of basil poached eggs, bacon and homemade cinnamon rolls. It was delicious! We sat on big girl stools too!

Daddy mixed up a couple virgin and regular cocktails for everyone. Dad put a virgin version into our sippy cups. We kept declaring 'spicy' after each sip because of the bubbly carbonation of the sparkling cider. It is fun to experience new things!

Now we have mastered how to help each other remove one another' duct tape 'keep-your-diaper-on' belts during nap and at bedtime. It is back to the drawing board and parenting posts for Mom. We are however getting better at going to the potty in the bathroom!

After nap Daddy took us on a stroll to the park while Mom and Mema went for a long walk. It was a lovely day:
